WHAT TO EXPECT

When you're ready to get started, the process is easy.

As a new client, you can use our “Book Now” option below to choose your clinician and access their schedule and availability. You can choose between a “full” session, which is 50 minutes in duration and a “half” session which is 25 minutes in duration. Finally, select your location! We offer the option to attend your session in person at our office in Danville, or virtually through our online platform.

Can our clinicians help?

We have a number of clinicians with various professional and life experiences, as well as varied licensure status. Associate therapists are practicing under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist and licensed therapists practice independently. Our clinic has experience working with ages 3-83 in individual child, teen, and adult therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy sessions.

Our clinicians do not offer emergency, crisis intervention services for new clients. If you or your child are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

FAQ

  1. Do you take insurance?

    • We are out of network with all insurance companies. Our clients pay out of pocket at the time of service by cash, check, ACH payment, or credit card and will receive a “superbill” monthly that they can submit directly to insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  2. What happens after I request an appointment?

    • Your appointment request will be reviewed by your clinician and you will receive a response within 48 business hours. Once the appointment is approved, your clinician will reach out to you to ensure that you have proper access to the client portal and all intake documents ahead of your first session.
